In the UK you are able to claim for VAT to be reduced to 0% if the item purchased is designed for disabled people and bought for a disabled person.

During the checkout process we'll need some extra bits of simple information but no proof of disability will be needed.

Our PYC range of products are handmade to your measurements, colours and materials in the UK.

Wheelchair Parts

We aim to dispatch our range of world-leading wheelchair parts within 1-2 days. The courier service we use is a next day service  

Wheelchair Parts AND PYC Products (in one order)

Due to our unique offering we dispatch PYC products and wheelchair parts separately. This often means you will usually receive your wheelchair parts before your PYC items. You will not be charged twice for postage in this case.

Don't worry though, this is normal and your PYC item(s) will be with your soon.
